Approached from the gated, tree lined driveway, there is ample private parking for 3 vehicles and a further large gate through to the property itself. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, the house looks out onto large walled courtyard with 8m x 4m private, heated pool and outdoor shower with spectacular mountain views from all aspects.
There is a covered breakfast terrace suitable for al fresco dining and a natural canopy of shade is provided by the beautiful old carob tree believed to be as old as the house itself. The finca retains many original features, each room having beamed ceilings. There are 3 generously sized bedrooms (1 king and 2 doubles) family sized bathroom, en suite shower room and separate wc, entrance hall, fully equipped breakfast kitchen and lounge with log burner stove. All rooms have freestanding fans.
