Situated in the picturesque 'white' village of Torrox, this spacious 2 bedroomed house has been tastefully renovated throughout to provide all the conveniences of modern day living whilst retaining its Andalucian charm.There is a spacious open plan living room with archway through to the fully equipped kitchen. Steps lead up from the living room to a delightful dining area.

A door from here takes you through to a shower room & 2nd bedroom with twin beds (with no window, this is a cool bedroom in the heat of the summer) A small staircase from the dining area leads up to a cosy sitting room with satellite TV. Off this room is the fully tiled bathroom which also contains a washing machine. Another door from the sitting room leads to the main bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan & shuttered window looking out across the village & mountain views.The sitting room also leads up to a large roof terrace where you can fully appreciate the stunning views of the Sierra Almijara mountains.

Terraced house - 70 m2 - Change over day is flexible

Location: Torrox Village is situated about 48Km east of Malaga airport.The route is made easy as you stay on the N340 motorway exiting 4Km from the village following the well marked signs. A detailed route map is sent with our information pack.

Please note: There is a small separate annexe attached to the house, suitable for one person only, containing a single bed, shower cubicle & wc and small kitchenette. This can be rented at an additional cost available upon request, if you wish to include one additional person in your party (the house will only sleep a maximum of four) However, the annexe would not be let to any other person not included in your party during your stay.
